We are always looking for more individuals who would love to taste competition level meats and have their opinions heard. Our competitors are always looking to improve but they need the help of well-trained Certified Barbeque Judges (CBJ) and Table Captains (TC) to properly inform them of how they can better their performance.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in, don't miss the upcoming class on March, 2nd in the Shrine Building.
