2019 Truck and Tractor Pulls

The gates open at 4 pm and the pulls start at 6 pm. Ticket prices are $10 for adults (13+), $6 for children 6 - 12, and free for 5 and under. Pit passes will also be available $15 per person.

RULES & REGULATIONS

8000# Street Diesel Class:
Valid DOT registration and license plates are mandatory.
Must be a diesel Truck, 1 ton or¾ ton.
The fuel must be pump #1/#2 diesel only. Soy/Bio-diesel fuel is permitted.

8500 lbs. Weight is with driver.
The hitch must be a receiver-style hitch; reinforcements are permitted. Reinforcements must not extend forward of the centerline of the rear axle or to the axle housing itself. Trick hitches are prohibited. The
hooking point must be the rear-most point on the vehicle and must be rearward of the stock location of the tailgate. Bumpers may be notched or removed. The hitch's height from the ground may not exceed
26 inches on 4wd units and 30 inches on 2wd units. The hooking point must have a minimum 3.750-inch
inside diameter opening for the sled hook.
Hanging Weights/ Weight boxes are prohibited
Ballast may be added in the bed of the truck. If used, ballast must be securely fastened to the bed. Final
decisions rest with the event Tech. In Cab Ballast Prohibited.
Traction bars and Suspension stops are recommended.
The turbocharger is limited to an S300 style frame or smaller charger (stock appearing). 6.4 liter
Powerstroke engines may utilize the factory twin turbo configuration.
The fuel injection pump is limited to a stock-appearing, OEM engine model specific pump only. The use
of multiple high-pressure common-rail fuel pumps is prohibited. Powerstroke engines with a single
factory turbo may not utilize a second HPOP. Pumps from different years in the same engine model may be interchanged. Cylinder number specific (IE: 6 cylinder pump on a 6 cylinder engine). Ag governors are
prohibited. Sigma or 12 cylinder pumps are prohibited.
The OEM fuel tank is mandatory and must be used. Racing fuel cells are prohibited.
The engine block must have been available as a factory option on a one ton or smaller pickup truck.
Electric water pumps allowed. Electric cooling fans allowed.
U-Joint scatter shield on rear diff preferred.
Limited to DOT street tires, Cut tires are prohibited. Dual wheels will be permitted.
No Nitrous, water or Propane Injection.
Factory style or aftermarket air-air coolers are permitted. Water-to-air coolers are prohibited.
The batteries must be securely mounted. They may not be located in the driver compartment or forward
of the radiator core support.
Four-wheel functional brakes are mandatory.
The OEM chassis is mandatory. Wheel tubs, back-half conversions, tube chassis, etc., are prohibited.
An OEM transmission and transfer case are mandatory. They must have been an option on a one-ton or
smaller pickup. 111 The OEM restraint system is mandatory and must be worn.
Two front seats are mandatory. 111 Complete OEM windshield and windows are mandatory.
An OEM-style suspension is mandatory. Lowering or raising the vehicle height with suspension modifications is permitted. Traction bars and devices are permitted. All OEM suspension mounting
points must be retained and used. Sway bars, limit straps, and camber kits are permitted. The rear
suspension must maintain a minimum compression shock travel of one inch; compression stops must be
adjustable. All rear suspensions must use at least one working shock absorber per wheel. Airbag spring
assistance is permitted; airbag compressors must be disconnected.
If Street Stock rules are met with factory appearing turbo you may "bump up" to run Modified Diesel class!

8500# Modified Diesel Class:
Must be a diesel Truck, 1 ton or¾ ton
The fuel must be pump #1/#2 diesel only. Soy/Bio-diesel fuel is permitted.
8500 lbs. Weight is with driver
The hitch may not exceed 26 inches off of ground.
Ballast may be added in the bed of the truck. If used, ballast must be securely fastened to the bed. Final
decisions rest with the event Tech.
Traction bars and Suspension stops are recommended.
3/8" cross bolts required.
Exhaust must exit upward.
U-joint shields encouraged where visible from side of truck.
Driveshaft loops encouraged.
Limited to a single charger (no twin or triple turbo setups)
The tires must be DOT street tires. Cut tires are prohibited.
Bell housing blankets encouraged.
No Nitrous, or Propane Injection.
The use of multiple high-pressure common-rail fuel pumps is permitted. Powerstroke engines with a
single factory turbo may utilize a second HPOP. Pumps from different years in the same engine model may be interchanged.
Factory style or aftermarket air-air coolers are permitted. Water-to-air coolers Permitted.
It is possible for us to miss some things ... just because it isn't written doesn't mean that it isn't a rule.
Tech inspection will be performed if something is obvious. If determined that you have not met above
set rules
You will be disqualified and your position/winnings will be handed down to the next runner up!!
ALL EVENT OFFICALS DISCISIONS ARE FINAL!!! NO CRYING!!!! IT IS WHAT IT IS!!

Work Stock: The Work Stock CNS) is designed for daily-driven, on the road pickup Trucks (full -bodied diesel pickup trucks). Valid DOT registration and license plates are mandatory The vehicle may be 2 (two) or 4 (four) wheel drive.
1) NO HANGING WEIGHTS OR BRACKETS OR WEIGHTS IN THE CAB
2). Credentials: All drivers must have a valid state driver's license
3). Engine: The engine is limited to a stock-appearing, OEM make-specific compression ignition engine.
4). NITROUS OXIDE is prohibited along with other oxygen extenders as well as the use of propane is also prohibited. All system components MUST be removed from the truck
5). Turbocharger: The turbocharger is limited to a stock turbo, OEM /Factory make -specific charger only. 6.4 Liter powerstroke engines may utilize the factory twin-turbo configuration
6).Exhaust must be behind the cab of truck.


MODIFIED SMALL & BIG BLOCK CLASS

SMALL BLOCK -Maximum weight of vehicle including driver is

6500#. BIG BLOCK-Maximum weight of vehicle including driver is

7000#.
1. Use of afte1ma.rket intake, carburetor, heads. or fuel injection systems are allowed. Must bave OEM
engine block. Only one carburetor or one throttle body injection allowed. No superchargers or
turbochargers. Exhaust must exit under the body of the truck, open headers allowed. Engine must be
locatec1 in factory position
2. Fuel cells are allowed. Use of race gasoline is allowed. No oxygenated fuels, alcohol fuels, E-85. or
mixing of fuels are not allowed.
3. Blocking of rear axle is allowed. Front and rear suspension must have factory configuration and location.
Axles may be replaced with and up to one ton components. Traction bars are allowed. Drive shaft loops
and u-joints covers are mandatory, with a minimum thickness of3/16'' of steel. Truck must have original
wheel base for year and model of truck.
4. Weight can be added to truck box behind cab and must be secure and not siding around back of truck.
Hanging of weights in front of truck is allowed, must be secured properly. The farthest most point of the
weights must not exceed 60'' from center of front axle.
5. Must use OEM box:Cab, and sheet metal for year and model of truck. No gutting of any part of the truck.
Fiberglass and OEM hoods are allowed. Hood scoops are allowed. maximum height of 6" per DOT regulations .
6. May not strip parts off truck to make it in weight class except tool box, tailgate and spare tire. 7. May have form taPk but muc;;t he srcure ;ind ernpty-for <:afrty re;:i~0n<;.
8. Must have front and rear bumper or rear bumper stops.
9. Hitch must be mounted at the rear of truck frame. Hook point must be a minimum of 50 from the center of the rear axle and a maximum of24" hitch height. Tucked hitches with a hook point of 50'' to 30'' from
the center of the rear axle must have a maximum hitch height of 18". Tucked hitches with less than 30'' from the center ofthe rear axle must have a maximum of JS''. Hook point must have a 3 ½''opening.
Straight clevises will be measured from the center of the clevis. Clevises must be in a horizontal position,
no twi~ted clevis.
10. Must have DOT approved tires.
11. Must have ignition tether switch located at rear of truck, easily reachable for sled operator. The hook point
of the tether must be a steel ring to avoid tether failure
